I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service that I received. All phone calls, enquiries etc were handled promptly and efficiently. The actual work that was carried out was very professional and neat (and I am fussy!!!). With moving house, and the various tradesmen that we had to complete jobs, Living Outdoors was far the best. The job was completed as specified, and the job site left in 'tip-top' condition. The chalet was better than we envisaged and we thank you very much. We have already had several comments as to where we purchased it from and I have no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone. Dear Allan, I am pleased to say that the Living Outdoors Gazebo has proven the ideal solution to the onerous Council Regulations on spas. Faced with the prospect of surrounding a free standing spa adjacent to our veranda to comply with the regulations would have meant sitting in an outdoor prison so we postponed our plans buying a spa. With your excellent advice we can now sit in the full protection of a delightful room and lovely view of the garden through the windows. Although it means twice the initial cost of a spa the overall value to the property is well justified. The completed gazebo and spa have been much admired (and envied) by friends. Earlier this year we commissioned a 3.8m diameter gazebo for installation in the garden of our home. From our initial enquiry and through the subsequent dealings with Living Outdoors we found Allan Smith, the Managing Director, and the other staff with whom we had contact, all were most helpful, with good ideas regarding size and shape of the gazebo for our particular circumstances. The construction went well, and Allan Smith worked in very well with our landscaper, Murray Inkster, particularly in marking out hte positions for the poles on which the gazebo was to be placed. Installation took place on 30 March 2005 and all went well in that regard too. The gazebo itself has been an immense source of pleasure to all ever since it arrived. It is a beautiful structure, very well assembled, and, in our particular instance, situated in a quite spectacular position.
